Situated in the heart of Lincoln, Lincoln Medical Centre is the Family General Practice which has served our community for generations. The clinic was renovated in 2017 and uses the latest equipment to provide the best care to our community.

We practice modern medecine and hold to traditional values: our goal is that our patients can feel the warmth and dedication of the team.

At Lincoln Medical, you can be seen by either a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or a General Practitioner (GP). Nurse Practioners have many years of experience in emergency medecine, acute and chronic conditions management and health care of the elderly. The range of services we can now provide, and the value of our services have grown due to synergism between NPs and GPs.

Lincoln Medical has been CORNERSTONE accredited for now 10 years. The CORNERSTONE  accreditation attests that Lincoln Medical Practice has met high standards set by The Royal New Zealand College of  General Practitioners, and ensures you, the patient, receives the highest quality care.

Over the last couple of years, Lincoln has grown and expanded greatly. While same-day appointments are easy to book, it is possible that your Practitioner of choice may be unavailable at your desired time. When you get a chance, please book in advance with your regular NP/GP.

For our enrolled patients, we provide an NP/GP dedicated to emergencies and a children’s clinics.

We continue to provide home visits, especially to those facing long and sometimes painful illnesses. We also collaborate with District Nurses in the provision of Palliative Care.
