Blood Tests
Mon – Fri 8am-2pm. Run by our Phlebotomist Sheila. $10 part charge applies.

RESULTS
If test results are normal we do not routinely notify patients.
If test results are abnormal or significant we will notify you by phone or text.
If your symptoms persist or you have concerns about your health please make an appointment to see the doctor.

Children Clinics
We offer dedicated children’s appointments mornings and afternoons with one of our NPs.

Gynaecology Procedures
Our NPs and GPs are able to provide various gynaecological procedures such as
- Pipelle biopsies
- Mirena IUCD insertion/removal
- Jadelle insertion/removal
- Pessary fitting
- Initial antenatal care
- Contraception/
- Cervical smear tests (also available from our nursing team)

Minor Surgeries
Mole and skin lesion excisions. Ingrown toenails.

Nurse Services
Electrocardiogram (ECG): used to measure the electrical activity of your heart to show whether or not it is working correctly. It works by recording the heart’s rhythm and activity on a moving strip of paper or a line on a screen.
Liquid Nitrogen Clinic: Freezing of warts and superficial skin cancers. (Part charge applies).

Travel Clinic
GOING ON A TRIP?
Before you pack your bags, make sure you’re good to go!
Lincoln Medical now offers travel consultations for our enrolled patients. Whether you’re
traveling for business or leisure, it is important to have the correct medical advice for your
destination, activities and health status. With the right vaccinations and health advice
you’ll be able to relax and enjoy your travels. During your travel consultation you will
receive medical guidance specific to your travel plans and tips on how stay healthy. For
example:
- What vaccines you need to protect yourself specific to your destinations
- Food and water precautions
- When to treat travellers’ diarrhoea with antibiotics
- How to protect yourself against insect-borne diseases with preventative medication
and/or mosquito precautions. - How to prevent altitude sickness, motion sickness and jet lag.
- What over-the- counter medications to take with you.

Once we have received your completed questionnaire we will be in touch to book your 30
minute appointment with our travel nurse.
You can receive some or all of the recommended travel vaccinations the day of your
consultation or return to complete a recommended series. (Please allow up to 20 min
additional wait time post vaccinations).
