During this stage of the COVID pandemic, you will only be able to book appointments on the phone. This is so we can identify who needs a face to face consultation, and who can safely have a phone consultation.
We realise it is hard to get through on the phone, as we are receiving a large number of calls. Please be patient with us.
Please remember we will also need to ask you if you have a cough, runny nose, sore throat, fever, shortness of breath, muscle aches, unexplained fatigue, flu-like illness or contact with a positive COVID-19 case.
You may be asked to wait in your car for your appointment, instead of in the waiting room.
If you have respiratory symptoms, we may need to see you either in your car, or in our portacom in the back car park.
We would like as few people as possible coming to the medical center to avoid the risk of infection.
Please come to your appointment on your own if you are able. Exceptions are:
- children who need a parent/ carer with them
- elderly patients who need support of any kind
- people who need a translator
- people who need mental or physical support during their consultation
Planned appointments for routine care, such as gynae procedures, smears, minor surgery and immunisations should go ahead as planned, so regular care is not delayed.
